Afterschool is where memories are made!
KidQuest values the importance of fresh air, movement, play, and forming friendships.
Our free time is followed by enrichment classes where kids will create in the Art Studio or tinker in the Maker Space STEM Lab.
Many local businesses team up with KidQuest to host field trips and community involvement opportunities for the KidQuest Kids.
Self-expression and exploration expands a child’s mind and their confidence!

How Do the Kids Get to KidQuest?
Black Mountain Primary & Elementary:
Students are transported to KidQuest on the school bus.
W.D. Williams Elementary & Black Mountain Montessori:
Students are picked up by the KidQuest Bus.
What is the Schedule?
2:50-3:00 Attendance and Bathroom
3:00-4:00 Free Play, Group Games & Snack
4:00-5:00 Enrichment Classes Art/STEM/Field Trip
5:00-6:00 Homework, Reading, Games or Outdoor Play
6:00 Close
What About When School is Out?
KidQuest follows the BCS Yearly Calendar. Early release days operate as regular school days. Teacher work day care is available for an additional charge. KidQuest opens one week during winter break and we reflect BCS yearly calendar as closed on national holidays.
KidQuest Camp is offered 7 weeks during the summer!
